Logistics Transportation Data Analyst / Online Estimator

Summary:
As an Online Estimator and Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing data and assessing video recordings of residential properties to provide accurate moving estimates to the Company’s customers. This remote position requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to utilize data visualization techniques to enhance the estimation process and contribute to a seamless customer experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Evaluate Moving Costs
Analyze video recordings of apartments and houses to assess moving-related details.
Utilize data analysis techniques to calculate accurate moving cost estimates.

Customer Communication:

Engage with Company’s customers via email and phone in a professional and customer-centric manner.
Provide timely and informative responses to customer inquiries regarding moving estimates.
Demonstrate flexibility and responsiveness to meet customer needs.

Estimate Recalculation:

Perform moving estimate recalculations promptly upon customer requests.
Ensure accuracy and clarity in all communications related to estimate adjustments.

Data Documentation:

Document and maintain moving estimates in the Company’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and estimate details.

Process Improvement:

Identify and report issues in the estimation process.
Recommend process improvements to enhance customer flow and team collaboration.
Collaborate with the team to implement approved improvements.


Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Proficient in mathematics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Nice to Have:

Previous experience in the moving industry or customer care/support.
Familiarity with data visualization tools to enhance estimation processes.
