Project Administrator (offline)

We are seeking a Project Administrator (Assistant) to oversee the successful implementation and execution of projects within our company. Your role will involve project management from start to finish, collaboration with teams, and ensuring the achievement of tasks on time.
Proficiency in spoken and written English is mandatory for this position.

Key Requirements:

- Experience as a project manager or admin (from 1+ year).
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
- Ability to efficiently manage time, plan, and make decisions.
- Candidate needs strong excel/google sheets/math and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Technical Skills:

- Experience with Google suite software for project management.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum or Kanban.
- Technical aptitude to effectively communicate with technical specialists.
- Understanding of project security fundamentals and risk management.
- Analytical skills for problem-solving and project data analysis.

Will be a plus:

- Experience in e-commerce biz.
- Knowledge of Shopify and Google analytics.

Responsibilities:

- Communication with stakeholders and regular project status reporting.
- Risk management and resolution of issues that arise during project execution.
- Creation and maintenance of project documentation, including project plans and reports.
- Ensuring projects are completed within budget and timelines.
- Collaboration with various functional groups and ensuring their participation in the project.
- Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and the achievement of project business objectives.
