Engineering Manager

We are a Mobile focused agency and we are looking for a talented Engineering Manager to guide and empower our design and development team.

Required Soft Skills:

- Be able to analyze and give the best possible decision
- Critical thinking
- Be easily able to listen as well as being listened to

- 1:1 with the engineers
- Ability to work on multiple projects / environments at the same time
- Easily switchable between contexts
- Should be a layer between dev and business side, be able to listen to both needs, but choose independently
- Make decisions when needed

Required Hard Skills
- Good understanding of how the project is delivered to the end user
- Good english knowledge
- Know rituals (agile, scrum or whatever chose)
- Technical and functional project documentation
- Use Clickup effectively
- Task estimation
- Weekly report about the projects
- Code review
- Testing
- Be able to manage workshop (with designer) and follow the customer relation
- Retrospective
- Create a schedule for each member of the engineering team (dev & designers)
- Resolve technical blockers that influence team productivity. 
- Providing regular feedback to team members. 
- Conducting team meetings regularly. 
- Organizing the process of regular performance reviews for team members with specific per position criterias and skills matrixes that would help to evaluate team members skills and help them to have a clear understanding of their level as well as company expectations on their work and future growth
- Having knowledge of design thinking processes and use them effectively when needed
- Keen attention to details and quality to deliver great products that have excellent usability and are beautiful to the eye
