Project Manager

Key tasks and role:
-Discuss shared expectations and gain the required authorization necessary to move a project forward
-Work with key stakeholders to create an integrated project plan focused on attaining the outlined goals
-Oversee scope, cost, timelines, risk, quality issues, and communications
-Manage resources for projects, such as soft equipment and employees
-Set project goals and coming up with plans to meet those goals
-Using project management tools to track project performance and schedule adherence
-Assign the work on the project tasks and ensure that tasks are completed as scheduled
-Coordinating project team members and developing schedules and individual responsibilities
-Delegate tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them
-Facilitate issue resolution
-Organize meetings to discuss project goals and progress
-Monitor and control processes actually commence at the beginning, throughout planning, execution, and closing
-Monitor the progress of a project
-Perform quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected
-Ensure that key milestones are reached
-Be flexible and readily adapt a project’s plan when necessary
-Ensure all activities necessary to achieve the final result are completed
-Release any resources (budget or personnel) who are no longer needed for the project
-Archive project files for future reference and use

We specialise in creating and setting up Neobanking systems, offering:

▪Providing European IBAN bank details for payments in different currencies for individuals and legal entities.
