We are looking for a QA coach to join our team!

Requirements:
-Experience in web and mobile application testing from 3 years
-Understanding the principles of testing
-Understanding of various types of testing and experience of using them in practice
-Understanding the stages of SDLC and STLC
-Practical skills for preparing testing attributes (test plan, testing strategy, bug report, test case, checklist, RTM)
-Understanding of various test design techniques and experience in using them in practice
-Practical skills of working with Issue tracking system and Test case management system
-Experience working with databases (PostgreSQL, MS SQL, MySQL and Oracle), writing basic SQL queries (CRUD operations)
-Understanding the principles of integration and data exchange between information systems. Deep understanding of how APIs work
-Deep understanding of client-server architecture. Understanding the structure of http/https protocols, Websocket
-Practical skills in using Testing Tools: Chrome Dev Tool, Postman, Fiddler, Charles, Xcode, Android Studio)
-Practical skills in testing software for mobile devices
-Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test documentation
-Excellent oral and written communication skills

Responsibilities:
-Determination of learning goals, analysis of the target audience
-Preparation and structuring of materials in accordance with the -learning objectives
-Training
-Development of test and practical tasks, formation of evaluation criteria
-Checking homework, providing feedback to participants
-Consultations of training participants
-Formation of a solution for further improvement of educational content
