Technical Product Manager (offline)

The BETER product company is looking for a Technical Product Manager.
As a Technical Product Manager, you will be pivotal in steering the development and enhancement of our IT products within the betting domain. This role involves close collaboration with our engineering team and key stakeholders to ensure that our product initiatives are successful and align with strategic business goals.


Key Responsibilities:
- Define the product vision, strategize effectively, and develop a clear product roadmap to guide all projects.
- Conduct cost and value analyses for key technical developments to ensure optimal resource allocation.
- Present and justify product decisions to the CEO and other key stakeholders to secure buy-in and support.
- Work alongside other Product Managers and teams to establish and maintain robust processes, procedures, and standards.
- Generate innovative product improvement ideas from market, customer, and technical insights, and support these ideas with solid business cases.
- Take charge of crafting detailed task descriptions at the Business Requirements Document (BRD) and Minimum Viable Product (MVP) stages.
- Define unambiguous business requirements.
- Define and analyze key metrics to articulate and measure the value brought by our products.
- Oversee the development processes from inception to the final release, ensuring seamless progress and high standards.
- Assess the technical scope required for developing the vertical, ensuring all tasks align with strategic objectives.
- Manage tasks from start to finish, ensuring all development phases are justified and meet set expectations before full release.
- Ensure the functionality of products, oversee their market launch, integrate with clients, and track revenue impacts.
- Guide technology decisions, architecture, and design to development teams, fostering innovation and efficiency.
- Partner with QA teams to set testing strategies, address product issues, and validate functionality to meet rigorous quality standards.

Initial Goals:
- Quickly assimilate knowledge of the betting domain and familiarize yourself with all company products to develop a clear vision of the value proposition.
- Set up efficient business processes within the first few months to support the entire product development lifecycle.

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in technical product management, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong ability to grasp technical concepts quickly and communicate them effectively to a non-technical audience.
- Extensive experience with agile development methodologies.
- Proven background in engineering, business analysis, or a related field before stepping into product management.
- Strong capabilities in conducting industry insights research to keep ahead of market trends.
- Proficient in product metrics analysis and KPI generation. Capable of performing cost-value analyses for product developments.
- Knowledgeable in using various prioritization frameworks to effectively manage product development tasks.
- Strong English is a must. We need you to be comfortable discussing, writing, and presenting in English at an Advanced level.
- Proficiency in using the Atlassian suite of products.
