Manual QA Team Lead (offline)

Hello! We are a dynamic multi-brand affiliate program established in 2020, operating within the Tier-1 market segment. We have 2 licenses and 11 own brands.
Currently, we're expanding our technical team and are in search of Manual QA Team Lead.

Who we are looking for:

- 4+ years experience as QA Engineer;
- Strong Knowledge of testing theory;
- Strong knowledge of test design techniques;
- Strong knowledge of browser dev tools;
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, JS;
- Expert in Jira, Testrail, Xray or similar tools;
- Knowledge of HTTP/HTTPS, REST API, GraphQL;
- Understanding of SDLC;
- English level - Intermediate.

Your main tasks involve:

- Creating detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases and test scenarios based on project requirements and specifications;
- Performing manual testing activities including functional testing, regression testing, integration testing, and acceptance testing to ensure the quality of software products;
- Identifying, documenting, and prioritizing defects found during testing;
- Collaborating with developers to ensure timely resolution of issues;
- Maintaining and updating test documentation including test plans, test cases, test data, and test reports;
- Collaborating with automation engineers to identify test cases suitable for automation;
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in QA Engineering;
- Mentoring: Assist and guide other QA in the team with technical issues, ensuring compliance with QA standards and best practices. - Develop team growth plans and implement them;
- Task review: Review tasks of the QA in the team to ensure high-quality testing decisions and compliance with standards.
