Project Manager

RewiSoft is looking for a Project Manager to join our team.
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various projects within our company.

Requirements:
- Experience from 1 year in project management in the IT field.
- Good understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, etc.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage project teams effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Desire to learn and develop in the field of project management
- Experience working with Jira would be a plus.
- Proficient in English (B2 or higher).

Responsibilities:
- Support of the manager in the planning, coordinating, and control of project execution processes
- Collaborate closely with the CTO, Head of Design and Operations Manager
- Preparation and analysis of weekly and monthly project reports
- Coordination of communication between different departments of the company and external stakeholders
- Performing other tasks related to project management
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Assign and delegate tasks, managing the workload of team members within the project allocation.
- Track project progress using approved tools (JIRA)
- Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and resolve issues
- Manage project budgets and financial resources
- Ensure a smooth project closure and client handover
