AI Engineer

We are looking for an experienced and motivated AI Engineer with a special focus on machine and deep learning architectures. In this role, you will work with Big Data technologies, manage the lifecycle of AI models, collaborate with teams of different specialties to integrate AI solutions, and leverage automation technologies.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and deploy large-scale AI models, with an emphasis on machine learning and deep learning architectures;
- Work extensively with Big Data technologies and participate in all phases of AI model lifecycle management;
- Lead projects on distributed computing environments, ensuring efficient management of data and resources;
- Ensuring the security and confidentiality of data in databases;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into the production environment seamlessly;
- Utilizing technologies to automate and optimize workflow processes, including Google Apps Script, Browse.ai, ChatGPT, OpenAI, and Microsoft Power Automate.

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience with Python;
- Proficiency in PySpark and familiarity with Databricks and other Big Data processing frameworks;
- In-depth knowledge and recent, provable work experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI agents;
- Strong expertise in handling Big Data and experience in distributed computing systems;
- Experience with cloud services AWS and tools for deploying machine learning models;
- Experience with ChatGPT, RAG;
- High level of English;
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team;
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field.

- Previous work experience in Fintech.
