Account Manager

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as an Account Manager. In this role you will be responsible for managing multiple clients, ensuring their satisfaction and maintaining strong relationships. You will work closely with clients, the recruiting team, and HR to meet client needs and deliver exceptional service. This is a dynamic role that requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.


Responsibilities:

Manage multiple clients and serve as their primary point of contact.
Onboard clients, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.
Gather requirements from clients for new positions and effectively communicate them to the Recruiting Team.
Deliver Request for Quotation (RFQ) to the Recruitment Team, providing clear instructions and timelines.
Collaborate closely with the Recruiting and HR Team to identify and select suitable candidates.
Conduct interviews with potential candidates to assess their fit for client positions.
Provide performance feedback to outstaff employees, helping them improve and excel in their roles.
Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with outstaff employees to address any concerns and maintain a positive working relationship.
Keep track of employees’ accruals, such as vacation and sick leave, ensuring accurate records are maintained. (temporary task)
Monitor employees’ performance and provide timely updates to clients, addressing any issues or concerns.
Process annual performance reviews using Airtable or similar tools.
Generate monthly timesheets before payroll is done
Occasionally modify client charges information to ensure that Accounting Department doesn’t miss any of the additional fees
Identify upselling opportunities and work closely with clients to expand their engagement with our services.

Work week schedule: Monday-Friday - 14:00 – 23:00 (Kyiv time)

Job requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in an outstaffing or staffing industry would be a plus.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients, candidates, and internal teams.
Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing client needs.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in paperwork and documentation.
Familiarity with performance management processes and providing constructive feedback.
Proficient in using productivity tools such as Airtable, CRM software, and MS Office Suite.
A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Fluent in English with advanced language skills.
Available to work 40-hour work schedule with a possibility to start work after noon.
