Technical Content Writer

We are seeking an experienced Technical Content Writer to become an integral part of our dynamic team. Your role will be pivotal in capturing the attention of our enterprise customers and leads through the creation of high-quality content that both educates and engages our audience.

Location: preferred Ukraine (either Sumy office or remote), as an option — Poland.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create compelling content for blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, product release notes, and other marketing materials to engage the target audience and showcase Apptimized’s expertise and solutions.
• Summarize Patch management topics, trends, and news into clear, concise, useful, SEO-optimized content, while also generating original content ideas.
• Collaborate with technical teams of subject matter experts, application packagers, and developers to create technical content and User Guides\Manuals.
• Maintain up-to-date sales materials by creating structured and engaging presentations, PDFs, product brochures, etc., to support our sales team's pitches.
• Manage content and optimize product website to improve customer experience and search engine visibility.
• Maintain a content calendar to ensure a consistent publishing cadence.
• Develop a deep understanding of Apptimized products and stay up to date about the competitive landscape of patch management.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT or related field.
• Proven 3+ years of experience as a Technical\Content Writer, preferably in the technology or software industry.
• Have a genuine interest in technologies, IT products, and innovations.
• Proficient in English (Upper Intermediate or above); German language skills are a plus.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills (A portfolio of written work demonstrating expertise in technology-related content is much appreciated).
• Proficient in SEO best practices and web analytics tools.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and content strategy.
