Business Analyst (offline)

We invite an experienced business analyst to join our team! Format - Hybrid (Office + Remote). Remote work is not possible.

Responsibilities: -Collecting functionality requirements for new products or enhancements to existing products;
-Maintaining requirements and other related product documentation up to date;
-Analyzing user and stakeholder needs;
-Interacting with various departments of the company to ensure that project requirements meet business goals;
-Preparing requirements documentation for projects and participating in their coordination with stakeholders;
-Carefully analyzing prototypes and ensuring that all details are taken into account.

Requirements
Hard skills:
- 1.5 years of experience as a business analyst or project manager; - experience in writing user and functional product requirements;
- strong knowledge of documentation tools (Use Cases, User Stories, Userflow diagrams);
- understanding of the principles of requirements gathering and documentation;
- understanding of the principles of prioritizing requirements in accordance with business goals;
- ability to work with various stakeholders to determine product requirements;
- understanding of UX elements and logic of mobile and web applications;
- skills in organizing the process of changing product requirements;
- basic understanding of technical aspects of development; - experience in mobile and web applications, CRM, ERP;
