We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Remote Gaming Server (RGS) department as the Partnership Manager.

As the Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our partner studio, and ensuring seamless collaboration and communication with the internal stakeholders.Your role will involve leading the release process of partner studio games, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and spearheading the onboarding of new partner studios.

Responsibilities:

-Develop and maintain strong relationships with our RGS partners, serving as the key point of contact and ensuring their satisfaction with our services and solutions.
-Create and implement effective processes for smooth collaboration and communication with our partner studios, establishing streamlined workflows and channels for efficient project management.
-Ensure the proper release process of RGS Partner games, working closely with internal teams to facilitate seamless execution, adherence to timelines, and quality assurance.
-Collaborate closely with Finance, Commercial, and Legal departments to ensure the signing and compliance of agreements, contracts, and legal obligations with our partners.
-Take charge of onboarding new partner studios, overseeing the integration process, providing guidance and support, and ensuring a smooth transition into our ecosystem.

Requirements:

-Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with international partners and stakeholders.
-Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Technical Account Management, Account Management, Project Management, Partnership Management, or Vendor Management role in the iGaming industry, preferably in a B2B capacity.
-In-depth understanding of the iGaming business landscape, including industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
-Proven track record in successfully managing and nurturing partnerships, with excellent relationship management skills.
-Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to navigate complex projects and collaborations.
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders, negotiate effectively, and influence outcomes.
-Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to think strategically, adapt to changing circumstances, and drive the success of the partnerships within the RGS department.

Work Life Balance:

-22 paid leave days and two extra paid leave days per year for every year up to 32 days (working days) in addition to the public holidays (11 days).
-Extra leave days for every extra year at the company – 43 days including public holidays by year 5 of employment.
-10 sick leave days per year (without a doctor’s note).
-Medical leave: up to 30 days per year, documented with medical certificate
-To support women candidates, we offer 21 weeks of maternity leave and 100% work from home until the child’s first birthday for mothers.
Men receive 4 weeks of paternity leave and can work from home until the child is 13 weeks old.
