IF YOU ARE
Experienced in managing complex projects in a strategic or consultative capacity (3+ years of experience is highly desired)
Have Business Analysis or Quality Management experience
Experienced in establishing Agile processes (e.g. Scrum) from scratch and coaching Agile teams on the Client’s side
Excellent with communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management
Good at building strong relationships across the organization
Proficient in project management tools and software (i.e., Trello, JIRA etc)
Strategic and organizational when thinking and have analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
Qualified with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Computer Engineering or a related field.
Adaptable and resilient in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
Experience in discovery, engagement and pre-sale phases.

AND YOU WANT TO
Collaborate with product owner to align the team with the product vision, sprint goals, and other necessary information
Ensure Agile practices are used and improved within and across teams
Build and coach high-performing teams
Develop ways to strengthen teams understanding of Agile concepts and principles
Ensure the quality of services and solutions provided in terms of technology/architecture and functionality/scope
Motivate, guide, instruct, and encourage direct subordinates
Conduct effective performance evaluations of project team members following HR systems and Best Practices
