Strong communication skills:The ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing is critical for a recruiter working with cold leads. The candidate must be persuasive and have the ability to build strong relationships with potential candidates.
Ability to handle rejections: Cold lead processing often involves dealing with rejections. It is important that the candidate is able to handle rejections positively, analyze their reasons, and adapt their strategy to improve results.
Research and analytical skills: The candidate should have market research and data analysis skills to identify potential candidates and understand labor market trends.
Organizational skills: Effective time management and the ability to organize workflow are important for a recruiter who has to process a large amount of information and interact with many candidates.
Initiative and self-motivation: The candidate must be motivated and ready to independently search for and engage potential candidates without direct supervision.
Understanding of the industry: Understanding the specifics of working in the industry, as it is a medical field.
What will be included in your tasks:
Lead processing (phone conversation or correspondence, surveys, answering questions from potential donors);
Converting a lead into a contract;
Searching for potential donors on social media and communicating with them (Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, tik-tok, etc.);
Organizing events and lectures for potential donors for the purpose of their further recruitment;
Participation in the filming of live broadcasts, stories on social networks, YouTube channel - communication with potential donors before the start of the program;
Reporting.
Work schedule: Mon-Fri 09.00 -18.00 (with 1 hour of lunch)
We offer:
Salary 600 euros start, after probationary 750 euros + 25 euros, 35 euros (for each signed contract)
a stable salary, the rate for the trial period. After the successful completion of the test period, the salary will change;
