Sales Manager (inbound and outbound)

Currently we are looking for a Sales Manager (inbound and outbound).

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role or in client communications;
- Successful prior experience in B2B IT Sales: Outsource;
- Knowledge of software development fundamentals and principles;
- Advanced negotiation skills, adept handling of objections, ability to identify client needs and find optimal solutions for them;
- Proficient in concise and impactful presentations;
- Familiarity with EU and USA markets;
- English: C1 level.
Responsibilities:
- Seal the Deal: Lead pre-sales, sales, and upselling activities;
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients;
- Market analysis and constant exploration of new sales opportunities;
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients;
- Search for new leads on special platforms;
- Manage inbound communication and guide potential clients from outreach to the meeting stage.
