BI Data Analyst (offline)

Our Development Team is excited to welcome a new colleague - an experienced BI Data Analyst.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of commercial experience as a Data Analyst, with a strong focus on data manipulation, analysis, and visualization.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python for data querying, manipulation, and scripting.
- Experience working with relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL.
- Experience with Tableau.
- Familiarity with workflow management tools like Airflow for scheduling and monitoring data pipelines.
- Deep insight of the industry trends and emerging technologies related to the marketing and monetization: SKAdNetwork, subscription-based and purchase-based monetization, web-to-app and web-to-web funnels, attribution technologies.
- Familiarity with Appsflyer, Adjust or other MMPs from analytics side, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads and similar advertising platforms.
- Experience of working in product companies with B2C mobile or web portfolio.
- Goal-oriented mindset, ability to see and take a business context, and to align solutions with business needs; strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Great teamplay and communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, abilities to prompt colleagues and support them, to be self-driven and to make decisions autonomously but to know exactly when to ask for help.
- Clear understanding what is the cross-functional team and how it works.
- Domain knowledge of the mobile app industry and understanding of key metrics and challenges faced by app publishers.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
Responsibilities:
- Develop the in-house Business Intelligence service.
- Design and implement data models to predict revenue/LTV/ROI of products in terms of marketing channels with subscriptions monetization model (mobile and web platforms).
- Build and automate reports, dashboards, and visualizations to provide users with intuitive access to key metrics and performance indicators.
- Collaborate with UA and Marketing managers to understand business requirements and translate them into the intelligence solutions, that solve the problems.
- Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and recommendations on data-driven strategies to improve business performance.
