Middle Lead Generation Specialist (offline)

We're on the hunt for a Lead Generation Specialist who excels at finding potential clients and driving the full-cycle lead generation process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT outsourcing, a deep understanding of lead generation methodologies, and the ability to work proactively under minimal supervision. This role is crucial for expanding our client base and requires someone who is proactive and detail oriented.

Requirements:
- 3+ year of experience in lead generation roles in IT.
- Solid understanding of lead generation methodologies, automation tools, and best practices.
- Proactive and responsible attitude with the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in English (Intermediate+ or higher).
- Good to Have: American education or experience living in the US.

Responsibilities:
- Drive the full-cycle lead generation process.
- Collaborate with the team to co-develop and implement effective lead generation strategies.
- Generate MQLs based on the ICP.
- Set up and manage automated lead generation tools.
- Conduct research, build databases, and initiate outreach to cold leads via LinkedIn, email, events, or other channels.
- Craft email sequences and manage follow-ups to nurture leads.
- Schedule calls between potential clients and sales managers.
- Analyze data and provide reports on lead generation activities and outcomes.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and other team members to achieve lead generation goals.

Team: Head of Sales department, 1 Middle Sales manager, 1 lead generation manager, Marketing team.
