At Welltech, we are consistently improving our Market Research Operations function to deepen our collaboration with the Business, Product Development, Marketing, and other relevant departments. We determine our business objectives and strategically analyze relevant data to help us improve marketing and product initiatives.

As a Market Research Analyst, you will play a crucial role in maintaining market research data, analyzing market trends, and overseeing research administration activities (data collection, analysis, etc.). This role involves interaction not only with colleagues and managers but also with external market experts from diverse backgrounds across multiple regions, making it a truly global and collaborative opportunity.

With us you will:
• Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify emerging trends and competitive landscapes.
• Gather external research data from public sources and validate it through outreaching and organizing consultation sessions with industry experts.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, analytic teams to align research findings with business objectives.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.

Your professional qualities:
• Advanced proficiency in English
• Excellent web research skills
• Sharp analytical and critical thinking abilities
• Attention to detail, adept at finding pertinent information and filtering out the irrelevant
• Advanced proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
• Effective communication skills (Experience in sales and people outreach is a plus)
• Understanding of marketing and product metrics is a plus
