A pioneering leader in game development is seeking an experienced Unreal Developer to join their innovative team. This team is integral to enhancing training realism through cutting-edge virtual environments.

Key Responsibilities:
-Design and implement core rendering features, engine components, and development tools.
-Conduct research and apply innovative rendering techniques to enhance training products.
-Collaborate with various teams to address complex technical challenges in e-training development.
-Enhance and optimize rendering processes to achieve exceptional visual quality and real-time performance in flight simulators.
-Participate actively in code reviews and maintain high standards of code quality.
-Keep abreast of the latest advancements in technology trends relevant to rendering.

Qualifications:
-Proficiency in software engineering principles and cross-disciplinary communication within a development environment.
-Bachelor's or Master's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
-Advanced knowledge in 3D mathematics, rendering technologies, graphics hardware, APIs, and shader programming.
-Proven experience as a rendering engine programmer with a robust portfolio of maintainable code.

Essential Skills:
-In-depth understanding of advanced rendering techniques.
-Exceptional skills in 3D math, including vectors and matrices.
-Familiarity with current graphics hardware and programming languages for shaders.

Desirable Skills:
-Experience with C++ or C#.
-Proficiency in Unreal Engine.
-Fluency in English is needed.
