Junior Project Manager (office work)

We are looking for a Junior Project Manager (only Lviv based), who is enthusiastic and ambitious, who seeks opportunities for personal growth and expansion of experience and knowledge in this sphere, who is ready for leading cross-functional teams and ensuring the successful delivery of website design and development projects for our clients.

This is a great opportunity to work with our friendly team on many interesting projects, as well as participate in the design and development of architecture and other complex and interesting tasks.

In this role you need to:
— Our perfect match have 1+ years experience in a Project Manager role in B2B software development, preferably in project management of IT system implementation projects;
— Manage cost estimation process and work on proposals for customers;
— Good command of project management frameworks (Agile, Kanban, etc.);
— Overcoming communication gap between business requirements and technical specifications;
— Help the team to stay focused and make sure that they clearly understand the tasks and goals;
— Building and maintaining customer relations;
— Experience in successfully resolving conflicts and minimising risks;
— Have strong written and oral communication skills;
— Upper-intermediate level of English (written and spoken) - must.

Will be plus:
— Finished PM’s cources OR have IT education (like Software Engineering, Cyber Security or other);
— Experience in complex software integration with multiple stakeholders, preferably in B2B software development;
— Experience in budget management.
