Project manager (offline)

As a Project Manager, your responsibilities will include coordinating and overseeing project execution processes to align with predefined objectives and deadlines set by the Product Owner. You'll collaborate with different technical teams to ensure project goals are met within scope and time constraints.

What you’ll do:

Formulate and implement project management methodologies that account for business requirements and industry standards.
Facilitate collaboration among Engineering teams to ensure seamless interaction and alignment with project goals.
Develop task plans for each sprint and oversee the overall project delivery process, collaborating closely with the Product Owner and Engineering team.
Utilize Click-Up project management tool to track and manage tasks and issues effectively within the project environment.
Participate in daily status meetings to provide updates on project progress, identify risks and address any emerging issues.
Oversee the creation and maintenance of project-related documentation, ensuring its accuracy and accessibility to the team.
Prepare and deliver periodic project status reports tailored to the needs of the PO and Engineering team, highlighting key achievements, challenges and next steps.

Requirements:

3+ years of commercial EXP in project management, preferably in the FinTech sector.
Knowledge of technical project management fundamentals and SDLC principles.
Technical understanding of processes, preferably acquired through experience in a technical field or completion of relevant courses - will be a plus.
Proven experience working with various project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and others.
Experience with task managers for reporting and dashboard creation.
Certification in Project Management or Scrum Master would be an advantage.
Strong self-organization, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
