SEO Specialist

We are seeking a hands-on SEO Specialist with a background in product companies, particularly software-focused environments, to join our team. This role is ideal for an entry to mid-level (or exceptionally rare Upper Junior) professionals with experience in SEO, specifically targeting English-speaking markets and Western audiences.

Key Requirements:
- Experience in product-focused companies (preferably software) rather than SEO agencies or e-commerce businesses.
- Proficiency in English language with a strong orientation towards English-speaking sectors and Western markets.
- Skills in web analytics systems and metrics such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and efficiency coefficients.
- Desirable experience with CMS Strapi and a-parser for parsing tasks.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic from targeted audiences.
- Conduct keyword research, analysis, and optimization to enhance website visibility and search engine performance.
- Collaborate with content creators to optimize website content and ensure alignment with SEO best practices.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using web analytics tools, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- Utilize SEO metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and report on the effectiveness of SEO campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends and algorithm changes to adapt SEO strategies accordingly.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and development, to integrate SEO best practices into overall strategies.

Qualifications:
2+ Proven experience in SEO roles within software product companies.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, techniques, and best practices.
- Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) and CMS platforms (preferably Strapi).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Experience with parsing tools like a-parser is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and prioritize tasks effectively.
