Affilate manager

We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Affiliate Manager to join our team.
The Affiliate Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to grow our affiliate program and forge partnerships with affiliate marketers and influencers in the finance industry.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of affiliate marketing best practices, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of driving affiliate revenue.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategies to recruit, onboard, and manage affiliates to drive traffic and revenue for our wealth consulting services.
Identify and cultivate relationships with affiliate partners, including bloggers, publishers, influencers, and other relevant stakeholders in the finance industry.

Negotiate and manage affiliate agreements, commissions, and payouts to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.

Provide ongoing support and communication to affiliates, including supplying promotional materials, tracking performance metrics, and optimizing campaigns for maximum results.

Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance data, and identify opportunities for optimization and growth.

Collaborate with the marketing team to align affiliate marketing efforts with overall marketing strategies and objectives.

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and affiliate marketing best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and ROI metrics related to the affiliate program.



Requirements:


Proven experience in affiliate marketing, preferably in the finance or professional services industry.

Strong understanding of affiliate marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.

Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

Proficiency in affiliate marketing tracking platforms and analytics tools.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
