Affiliate Team Lead/ Head of Affiliates

Key Responsibilities
Previous Affiliate Manager experience required
Min 2-3 years
Deal negotiations and deal monitoring (excel skills are a must)
Good understanding of numbers
The above would be coupled and work hand in hand with deal tracking and monitoring of all campaign and deals for a healthy outcome
Provide excellent and efficient customer service to affiliates
Acquisition of new business/affiliates and growth in various markets through referrals, research and networking
Team work is necessary to coordinate all that is required for healthy campaigns with affiliates (this would be for internal communication and internasal process to be followed to get affiliates the best and correct marketing material for their campaigns)
Building and maintaining of relationships with affiliate in order to understand and deliver on both affiliate and business requirements
The above would couple itself to the implantation of marketing activities with our partners
Recommendations and developments of process improvements and business strategies to better our overall delivery to partners in order to achieve the recommended business targets set out
Keeping up t date with industry news and trends for the sighting of new opportunities
Work closely with team members and management to optimised current base, execute and close new deals.
