- Manage and grow partnerships with affiliates.
- Recruit new affiliates to expand our network.
- Develop strategies to increase traffic and conversions.
- Control the budget and cost-effectiveness of the affiliate program.
- Analyze campaign results and optimize for higher profits.
- Negotiate and support affiliates in their daily operations.
- Monitor the market and competitors for new opportunities and trends.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in affiliate marketing/Media Buyer or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of affiliate marketing principles and tools.
- Proficiency in data analysis and metrics for evaluating affiliate programs.
- Experience in budget management and cost control.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with affiliates, clients, and the team.
- Intermediate English proficiency for team communication.
