System administrator/ Technical Support (Everhelp)

We are always looking for optimistic, proactive candidates who would not only possess substantial field expertise but would also empower the growth team with a relentless drive to turn ideas into actionable hypotheses and then into working business solutions.

Now we are looking for Technical Support Specialist to be the first contact point for our customers providing excellent support to them.

Technical Requirements:
- 1 year of experience installing, configuring, and supporting customers’ home automation systems
- Proficiency configuring basic general networking, router configuration, switches, VLAN, and QOS (i.e. Microtik, Araknis, or equivalent)
- Proficiency configuring, installing and supporting Microsoft Office/365, Google Workspace productivity applications and Zuper or equivalent field service management systems

Proficiency configuring:
- CCTV (i.e. Hikvision, Digital Watchdog, EagleEye, or equivalent)
- Card access (Hartmann Controls Protector.net and Odyssey, Brivo, Rosslare, Axtrax, Salto, Keyscan, or equivalent)
- Home automation (i.e. Control4, Lutron, or equivalent)

Responsibilities:
-Remotely configure devices, during the initial installation, based on the requirements provided by the sales and project manager.
-User communication, feedback, and complaint handling via email (Zendesk ticketing system);
Multitasking in processes, ensuring equal dedication to handling each request;
Providing empathetic and attentive service to meet our users' needs.
