Principal / Lead Quality Assurance Engineer (CoPilot)

We are seeking an experienced Principal / Lead Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team working on the client's project. The company specializes in providing software and services for the legal, professional, and financial services industries.

Details: You will be responsible for establishing the QA process for this product from the ground up, requiring a leadership role.

Requirements:
- Locations of work: Poland, Croatia, Portugal
- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in both automation and manual testing.
- Proficiency in programming with C# and Specflow to validate software functionality, preferably in a Windows environment.
Strong understanding of manual testing methodologies and practices.
- Basic administration skills including setting up IIS, SQL Server.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of SQL and ability to write complex queries.
- Upper-Intermediate level of English proficiency for clear and effective communication in a global team.
- Availability to work at least till 12 AM PST to ensure smooth collaboration with our global team.
- Minimum 1-year Lead/Mentoring experience

Team Composition:
- Currently, there are three developers on the team and a Technical Program Manager (TPM).
