Middle Business Analyst (Fintech domain)
β 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
β Experience as a Product Owner or/and Product Manager
β Experience working with Product Owners in Scrum teams
β Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into functional specifications
β Practical knowledge and experience of the Atlassian software suite Method
β Proactivity, ability to communicate assertively and effectively
β Level of English: Upper-Intermediate+
As a plus
β Knowledge of fintech industry trends and regulations
β Knowledge of Product management techniques
β Experience in Pre-Sale / Discovery activities
Responsibilities
β Gather and analyze business requirements from various stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and external partners
β Translate business requirements into functional specifications for software development teams
β Develop project plans and timelines to ensure timely delivery of project milestones
β Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for improvement in current business processes
β Assist with project management activities, including risk management, issue tracking, and status reporting
β Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and quality assurance teams, to ensure successful delivery of projects
β Manage UI/UX: prototyping, validation with customers, usability testing; scope planning for design team
β Develop and maintain documentation, including business process flows, use cases, and user stories
β Conduct user acceptance testing and assist with user training and adoption of new solutions
β Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to inform business decisions and process improvements

We have sprints, daily stand-ups, well-facilitated poker planning, and backlog in Jira. All processes are well-documented.
