Have at least 3 years of experience as a finance manager in the IT field
Have proven experience working with accounting and treasury systems
Are proficient in Google Sheets (including lookups and index formulas), Excel
Have at least a Upper-intermediate English level
Are familiar with blockchain and cryptocurrencies
Possess strong multitasking skills and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Your daily responsibilities will include:

Monitoring the company's financial data
Analyzing financial indicators
Structuring revenues and expenses
Generating financial reports for the company
Conducting financial planning
Presenting financial results to top management
Developing financial strategies
Testing hypotheses for implementing improvements in the company's financial accounting and various departments to increase efficiency
