Content Manager/Editor

We’re a collaborative, fast-paced healthcare software development company, offering a flat hierarchy and a chance to grow alongside passionate team members. This role offers flexible a high degree of independence, and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to our online success on Google.

Within a year we were able to double the number of organic keywords our website ranks for and have substantially increased our domain trust. At this stage, we need assistance with writing and posting high quality content, both landing pages as well as blog posts that will be well researched and useful to the reader.

In this role, you will be responsible for strategic content development:

— Tech task creation for new and existing content pieces;
— Staying up-to-date on healthtech industry trends and news to ensure our content is relevant and timely;
— Coordinating the editing, publishing, and optimization of content for our website;
— Planning and sourcing new content ideas, working closely with our writing team;
— Applying copywriting best practices and conversion rate optimization techniques to increase engagement and drive results;
— Maintaining a content calendar to ensure a consistent publishing cadence;
— Overseeing multiple content projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail;
— Improve the copy with relevant statistic and research;
— Be ready to continually share tips with copywriting team for better performance;
— Fact checking the ready copy;

Qualifications:
— Degree in Marketing, Journalism, or a related field;
— Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Content Manager, Editor, or similar role;
— Proficient in SEO best practices and web analytics tools;
— Strong understanding of digital marketing and content strategy;
— Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (В2-С1).

As a plus:
— Experience working with WordPress;
— Experience working with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini;
— Experience creating e-books and whitepapers;
— Familiarity with healthcare industry would be a plus.
