Accountant (offline)

We are looking for a skilled Bookkeeper to work remotely for Company office located in US.

Bookkeeper job duties include working closely with our sales and executive team to create Invoices, process accounts payable and receivable, maintain inventory and recurrent transactions schedule.

Responsibilities:
Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process;
Verify that transactions are recorded in the correct day book, suppliers ledger, customer ledger and general ledger;
Bring the books to the trial balance stage;
Perform partial checks of the posting process;
Manage inventory process and day to day flow;
Enter data, maintain records and create reports and financial statements;
Process accounts receivable/payable.

Skills:
Minimum 5 years experience in bookkeeping;
At least 3 years experience in working for US or Europe based company with English speaking environment;
At least 1 year experience of writing communication with English speaking customers;
Advanced level of writing English;
High level of proficiency with Quick Books, Excel and other office technologies;
High level of attention to detail;
Ability to work independently and with all levels.
