We are seeking a dynamic Head of Marketing who can unite our team and harness the creative energy to achieve outstanding results. Your main responsibilities:
– Manage the development and execution of marketing strategies, focusing on achieving campaign goals and enhancing brand visibility
– Lead the marketing team (currently, up to 7 people) to ensure seamless collaboration, productivity, and the attainment of departmental objectives
– Establish and monitor KPIs and ROI for diverse traffic channels to optimize resource allocation and enhance marketing effectiveness
– Utilize advanced analytics tools to analyze performance metrics and derive actionable insights for continuous optimization
– Deliver regular reports on marketing channel efficiency and team performance, showcasing progress towards strategic targets
– Manage various marketing channels, including email, database, social media, and search engine strategies, emphasizing engagement and ROI
– Oversee the publication of internal and external content such as press releases, articles, and partnership promotions to maintain brand relevance
– Drive international market expansion initiatives by launching projects, refining product packaging, and strengthening brand presence
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with overarching business goals and regulatory standards
– Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic marketing and product decisions
– Coordinate event logistics during conferences, ensuring effective branding, booth setup, and promotional activities
– Maintain and update departmental resources such as Confluence and Brand Book with current and pertinent information

Current main marketing priorities:
– Brand Book update: structured communication and design guidelines, to streamline and unify all promotional and product materials
– Creative and viral marketing strategy to significantly increase brand awareness (and consequently generate marketing leads). Anything from viral TikToks and micro-influencers to Forbs paid advertising, product promo campaigns, etc

Marketing team resources:
Product marketing manager, copywriter, content writer, SMM, event manager, motion designer, and graphic designer (as well as a product design team to support brand book development).
Additionally, we contracted PPC and SEO agencies to manage respective directions.

We want to see from you:
– Minimum 3 years of experience in a Marketing leadership role, 5 years in Marketing (including international experience)
– Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive business growth
– Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing channels (email marketing, social media marketing, SEO, PPC), and marketing analytics
– Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
– Experience managing and developing a high-performing marketing team
– Data-driven approach with a strong understanding of marketing KPIs and ROI measurement
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
– Experience with project management methodologies
– A passion for technology and innovation
– Advanced level of English proficiency
– Creativity skills

– Experience working for the FinTech company
– Experience with B2B and B2C audiences on an international level
