Project Manager (Fintech) (offline)

We`re rapidly growing and inviting a Project Manager to our team.

You would be running such tasks as:
• Team management (daily and weekly planning and progress monitoring, removing impediments, communication with stakeholders, retrospectives, etc.);
• Tasks and backlog management according to setup processes, control the execution and distribution of tasks within the technical team;
• Release management;
• Regular contribution to the product backlog together with Head of Product & Engineering;
• Facilitate team meetings & cross-team meetings, creating follow-ups;
• Be responsible for delivering project scope on time;
• Help the team being a high-performing unit through transparent processes.

Required skills and expertise:
• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager/Engineering Manager in product fintech companies;
• Experience in managing a team of 10+ people;
• Ability to manage the team/projects in high-load and dynamic environments;
• Experience in Agile methodologies
• Experience in requirements analysis, estimation, project planning, risk, and change management;
• Ability to work and make decisions independently;
• Excellent communication skills and ability to resolve conflicts, negotiate, and take responsibility for quick decision-making;
• English language from Upper - intermediate level.

Will be plus:
• Previous technical background in QA, BA or software development;
• PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
