Job Summary
PayDo is seeking a skilled and organized Business Process Analyst to join our team. As a Business Process Analyst, you will play a crucial role in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, translating them into functional specifications, and ensuring the successful implementation of business processes, solutions and initiatives. You will possess strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, coupled with the ability to understand and bridge the gap between business needs and solutions.

You should be ready for non-trivial tasks, while being involved in process improvement projects in order to understand, refine and improve the business operations. Most of the results expected from you will be in the form of automation of business processes such as sales, support, finance, and HR. Based on that, a numbers-driven ownership mindset will be a must for this role.


Responsibilities:

– Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders, including end-users, managers, and executives
– Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications for mostly non-IT projects and initiatives
– Create and maintain detailed documentation of business processes, requirements, and specifications
– Structure critical business data in Excel or data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar
– Participate in the design, development, and testing of business solutions
– Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the functionality and usability of business solutions meet business requirements
– Document and propose process improvements to enhance business efficiency and effectiveness
– Monitor the progress of implementation the processes and projects
– Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented business solutions, identifying areas for improvement


Requirements:

– Minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Processes Analytics role
– Experience with automating business processes using ERPs like Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics, Business Central or similar
– Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets
– Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
– Ability to gather, analyze, and document complex information in a clear and concise manner
– Experience in creating and maintaining functional specifications
– Familiarity with business process modeling and documentation techniques
– Proficiency in project management tools
– Upper-Intermediate proficiency in English, advanced Ukrainian/russian language
– Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and ability to work independently and as part of a team


Will be a plus:

– Fintech or Banking background or experience
– Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar software applications
– Knowledge of SQL or other database query languages
– Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field
