Marketing manager

Responsibilities:

Development of marketing strategies: Analyzing the target audience and competitors, identifying key points, and creating strategies to attract customers or increase brand awareness.

Market research: Analyzing market trends, consumer preferences, and competitors' behavior to determine opportunities and threats.

Development of marketing campaigns: Creating and launching advertising campaigns, including choosing distribution channels (online, offline, social media, etc.), creating content, and managing budgets.

Analytics and reporting: Evaluating the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, collecting and analyzing data, compiling reports to identify successes and areas for improvement.

Interaction with other departments: Collaborating with sales, product, and development departments to ensure alignment of marketing and business strategies.

SEO and content marketing: Content optimization for search engines (SEO), creating content strategies, including blogs, articles, videos, and other formats to attract the target audience.

Online presence management: Creating and maintaining the company website, as well as managing social media accounts to increase visibility and interact with customers.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Experience in marketing, preferably in a field related to a specific industry or product (2+ years).

Knowledge of marketing and analytics tools (Google Analytics, AdWords, social media platforms, etc.).

Creativity and the ability to generate new ideas to attract attention to the brand or product.

Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team, as marketers often interact with various levels of personnel in the company.

Experience with CRM systems: Knowledge and experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, for efficient management of customer databases and collection of analytical data.
