Junior Project Manager (offline)

As a Junior Project Manager at Adopy, you will work closely with our Media team to support the successful execution of various projects.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting senior project managers in planning, organizing, and managing project activities.
- Monitoring project progress and timelines to ensure timely delivery of deliverables.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and ensure alignment with client expectations.
- Maintaining project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
- Assisting in risk management and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
- Supporting communication with clients and stakeholders to provide project updates and address concerns.
- Participating in project meetings, providing input, and contributing ideas to enhance project outcomes.
- Learning and applying project management best practices and methodologies under the guidance of senior team members.

Requirements:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software is a plus.
- Prior internship or entry-level experience in project management is preferred but not required.
