Technical Product Owner

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Owner to join our team, specializing in the development of VR training products. In this role, you will be responsible for leveraging your, Unity platform knowledge, and product conceptualization to drive the development process forward.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define product concepts and requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.
- Serve as a bridge between the development team and stakeholders, effectively communicating technical requirements and facilitating smooth project execution.
- Utilize your understanding of Unity's capabilities to guide development efforts, ensuring optimal utilization of the platform's features.
- Work closely with trainers to refine raw ideas into actionable technical specifications, providing clear direction to developers.
- Lead the development process from inception to delivery, overseeing tasks, timelines, and milestones to ensure project success.
- Continuously assess product performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in VR technology to inform product development strategies.

Requirements:
- Proficiency in German language, B2+
- Strong understanding of Unity platform and its capabilities.
- Experience in product conceptualization and development, preferably in the VR training domain.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders of varying technical backgrounds.
- Proven track record of successfully leading development projects from concept to delivery.
- Ability to translate raw ideas into clear technical requirements and specifications.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality, user-centric products.
