Project Manager / Business Analyst (offline) $1500-2000

Responsibilities:

- Organizing integration with various programs, configuring analytics.
- Creating and maintaining a unified ecosystem for projects.
- Monitoring project deadlines and budget compliance.
- Task management within the project.
- Working closely with contractors from Ukraine.

Requirements:

- Experience working as a business analyst using no-code technologies.
- Patience and ability to work with employees lacking advanced IT skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to express thoughts clearly.
- Mandatory experience launching IT projects, preferably in an agency environment.
- Experience with CRM systems, particularly Creatia (formerly Terrasoft).
- Willingness to participate in the initial project launch phase, develop project logic, and ensure information transfer to the Confluence system.
