Сustomer Support Manager

We are currently seeking a dedicated and professional Client Support Manager to join our team. This role involves handling client communications, providing insightful support, and ensuring seamless interactions across various platforms.

📌Key Responsibilities:
- Working as support manager or similar field;
- English — Intermediate and higher ( must have);
- Understanding of SDLC;
- Client Communication: Establish and maintain effective communication with clients, understanding their needs, and responding to their inquiries.
Actively address issues and leverage opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction;
- Project Support and Optimization: Ensure seamless operation and support for projects in the maintenance phase;
- Implement and refine SEO strategies, promotions, and other opportunities to enhance the website's functionality and performance;
- Analysis and Recommendations: Analyze and evaluate project effectiveness

🚀Soft Skills Required:
- Courteous and patient interpersonal interactions;
- Quick identification and understanding of customer needs;
- Strong analytical skills, especially when dealing with customer inquiries;
- Stellar verbal and written communication capabilities;
- A collaborative, team-oriented approach;
- Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize tasks;
- Adherence to agreed-upon deadlines with clients.
