About the product

 

Our project is developing innovative SaaS solutions for the ride-hailing industry (taxi, mobility, delivery, transfers, etc.). Despite the fact that we are relatively new players on the market, we strive to ensure that our products become an indispensable tool for companies operating in the field of urban transportation and logistics. Our SaaS solution already allows our clients from the UK, Czech Republic, Poland, Ukraine, Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan to develop their business. We continue to actively attract new users around the world. 

Our solution includes both web and mobile applications, supported by a powerful backend and an intuitive interface. We pay special attention to UI/UX design to provide the best user experience. In addition, our project structure includes departments responsible for business operations and marketing, which allows us to quickly respond to market needs and provide quality service.

 

Responsibilities

— Gathering, analyzing and documenting user and business requirements

— Prioritize based on business objectives and user value

— Monitoring market trends and actions of competitors for product adaptation

— Interaction with users: focus groups, surveys and usability testing

— Maintaining and updating the roadmap & backlog of the product line

— Development and implementation of requirements management standards, initiatives and development tasks

— Implementation of product analytics and management of analytical tools

— Providing the development team with clear and actionable requirements

— Cooperation with QA specialists to ensure product quality

— Participation in planning, retrospectives and other agile process activities

— Working in close contact with the Lead Product Owner to ensure strategic alignment and synergy of product lines

— Interaction with development, business operations and marketing teams. Maintain up-to-date documentation, including user manuals, guides, and demos

 

Requirements

— 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner

— Deep understanding of the product development cycle and principles of mobile development

— Skills of research, analysis and prioritization of user needs

— Skills of competitive analysis and market analysis

— Experience in user research (CustDev), direct communication with product users

 

Nice to have

— Understanding the basics of working with data (SQL, basic principles of working with databases)

— Work experience in the following areas: Ride-Hailing, Ridesharing, Mobility, Logistics, Delivery
