Junior Recruiter (Europe) (offline)

We have 10+ own brands that are extremely popular among customers and are targeted at Tier 1-3 countries.
Responsibilities:
- Executes recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management;
- Develops creative sourcing strategies to build appropriate pipelines to meet hiring goals;
- Evaluates candidates’ resumes against job requirements and qualifies candidates through detailed interviews, assessing skills and technical abilities as required;
- Arranges interviews with hiring managers, coordinates schedules for all stages of the interview process, and maintains effective communication throughout;
- Collaborates with hiring managers and teams to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment plans accordingly;
- Provides regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and metrics to stakeholders;
- Stays updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Required Skills:
- Relevant working experience in recruitment (from 6 months);
- Strong knowledge of a variety of recruitment sourcing strategies, including job campaigns, applicant tracking systems, Internet job boards, social networking to build a qualified candidate pool for positions;
- Experience using sourcing tools to find active and passive candidates;
- Ability to target qualified candidates and screen resumes for potential matches;
- Superb communication skills, able to engage the attention of candidates for positions;
- Proven ability to work under pressure and accommodate changing demands.
- Intermediate English proficiency or higher.
