We are seeking a dedicated IT Researcher with approximately one year of experience in the recruitment field, specializing in sourcing candidates across a range of IT and tech-related positions, including developers, QA testers, as well as non-tech roles like Business Analysts and Project Managers. The ideal candidate will be adept at utilizing ATS/CRM tools to streamline the recruitment process and enhance candidate experience.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed research and sourcing of top talent in the IT sector, utilizing a variety of tools and platforms.
- Work closely with the recruitment team to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
- Utilize ATS/CRM systems efficiently to manage candidate pipelines and maintain detailed records of interactions.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, ensuring clear and effective interaction with candidates and providing excellent candidate experience and the internal team.
- Apply meticulous attention to detail in all research and documentation tasks.
- Continuously update and expand your knowledge of the IT industry and recruitment best practices.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT recruitment or related fields.
- Proven experience in sourcing candidates for a variety of roles within the IT sector, including technical and non-technical positions.
- Proficiency in using any ATS/CRM for candidate sourcing and management.
- Exceptional communication skills; capable of maintaining written communication in English at a minimum of B1 level (nice to have).
- Strong research skills with a keen eye for detail and an analytical approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for technology and continuous learning to stay abreast of industry trends.
