Are you proactive, ambitious, and eager to shape the future of our workforce? We're seeking a passionate HR Manager to drive the development of our human capital and support our company's rapid growth.
Responsibilities:
1. Employee Lifecycle Management: Take charge of the entire employee experience, from onboarding to 1:1 meetings, skills and salary reviews, offboarding, and conducting exit interviews.
2. Recruitment Participation: Engage in the recruitment processes to identify and onboard top talent.
3. Company Events Coordination: Plan and execute engaging company events to foster a vibrant and inclusive work culture.
4. HR Process Enhancement: Collaborate with the team to improve existing HR processes and practices.
5. Culture and Atmosphere Support: Uphold and nurture our company's unique culture and positive work atmosphere.
We Expect You To Have:
* An unwavering desire to grow in the HR and recruitment field.
* Foundational knowledge of HR processes and the full recruitment cycle.
* An Intermediate+ level of English proficiency in both written and verbal communication.
* Advanced communication and multitasking skills.
Plus, If You Have:
* Completed HR courses or prior experience as an HR manager, HR generalist, or recruiter.
* Familiarity with common IT areas, frameworks, and languages of game industry.
* Proficiency in negotiations and a proactive approach to addressing employee challenges.
* Knowledge of labor legislation.

* Official employment in our Lutsk office.
* Monday to Friday work schedule from 09:00 to 18:00, with a lunch break from 14:00 to 15:00.
