We are iSpeedToLead - a successful company in the real estate niche in the USA market. We have several products that help our customers work with their houses.
For now, we are looking for a Recruiter, who will connect with sourcing, hunting, and trying to find the best of the best!
So what do you need to join us?
- 3+ years of experience (it can be non-IT experience, will be a plus work with marketing vacancies);
- knowing how to find, speak, and hire the best candidates
- experience with hunting;
- knowing the best tools for sourcing (we will pay for a subscription);
- experience with Hurma;
- also will be a plus if you have experience with onboarding/offboarding;
- the opportunity to work with 4-5 vacancies at the same time;
- positive mood, proactivity, always try to do best.
What do you need to do?
- sourcing, hunting, hiring, making interviews (pre-screening + technical with CEO/technical worker);
- English - B2-C1 for interviews;
- working with all job sites to find better candidates (also with the USA market);
- experience with stream recruitment (such as Junior Sales);
- create a base in Hurma;
- handle all documents;
- create job offers and speak about salary with the CEO.
