We're hiring a Middle IT Recruiter to source, screen, and hire top talent in the IT sector. You'll collaborate with hiring managers, employ various channels for candidate sourcing, and ensure a smooth recruitment process.

Responsibilities:

- Source and attract qualified candidates via job boards, social media, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews and provide support throughout the process.
- Build and maintain candidate relationships, offering timely feedback and support.
- Stay updated on industry trends and adjust recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and tailor recruitment efforts.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field will be a plus.
- Proven 3+ years of experience as a recruiter, preferably in IT.
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
