Project Manager (offline)
Paytiko, a leading fintech product, is currently seeking a dedicated and self-motivated individual to fill the role of Project Manager/Product Owner within our team. Our flagship offering is a PCI DSS compliant payment gateway designed to seamlessly integrate with e-commerce platforms and various web applications. We have 100+ integrations with different payment systems and a lot of international clients.
Requirements
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Project Manager or Product Owner
- Ability to develop and communicate a clear product vision aligned with business goals
- Strong understanding of the Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Hands-on experience with Agile development methodologies, particularly SCRUM
- Proficient in gathering, prioritizing, and documenting product requirements
- Strong task management skills: ability to transform and organize teams, plan/prioritize work, track progress
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements in a dynamic environment
- Proven ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with development teams
- Experience in managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders, such as clients and partners
- Demonstrated focus on user experience and customer satisfaction
- Proficiency in analyzing data and using metrics to make informed decisions
- Hands-on experience of risk management and mitigation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- English: Upper-Intermediate or higher
Responsibilities
- Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring it reflects the most valuable features and enhancements
- Work closely with development team to refine and estimate user stories
- Plan and prioritize product releases, taking into account business priorities, market trends, and technical considerations
- Communicate product updates, progress, and timelines effectively to stakeholders
- Build, maintain and manage Dev, QA and customer support teams structure to successfully meet product goals and objectives
- Maintain and optimize the product development processes
- Maintain communication with 3rd party technology providers and partners
- Occasionally, make product or product features presentations for existing and potential customers
Will be a plus
- Familiarity with the payments and financial technology industry is a plus
- Professional certifications (PSPO, PMI or similar)
