We are looking for a super positive and hard-working HR Manager, who will work closely with the CEO and each member of our team.

What do we need from you?
- 3-4+ previous experience in the HR sphere in start-ups (it will be a plus to work with marketing vacancies);
- experience with the USA and EU markets;
- C1 English;
- experience with freelance workers;
- experience in the team of 30-40 people;
- 1-1, onboarding, exit interview, performance review;
- stress resistance, opening for new work ways, not being afraid of initiation, being ready to work hard and get the high pay.

What do you need to do?
- 80% recruitment, 20% HR (it depends on how many vacancies you will have at the same time);
- 1-1, onboarding, exit interview, performance review for employees
- adding to corporate stuff (slack, mail, disk etc);
- recruitment freelancers (video editors, actors)
- develop each stage of recruitment;
- work with job brand;
- work with feedback (DOU, Glassdoor etc)
- prepare all paper stuff (offers, statistics, review etc)
