QA Engineer (offline) $600-1200
We are seeking a QA Engineer to join our Multichannel team. In this role, you will be responsible for building test cases and automating them using modern tools and frameworks such as Postman and Cypress. You will work closely with other developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure the applications meet the needs of our users and business requirements before going live.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Test Case Development. Creating detailed and comprehensive test cases that cover various API functionalities, error handling, edge cases, and integration scenarios.
- Test Automation. Developing and maintaining automated test scripts using tools and frameworks such as Postman, Cypress.
- Documentation. Creating and maintaining test plans, test cases, and test reports for API testing, as well as documenting any discovered issues and their resolutions.
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Strong Knowledge of API. In-depth understanding of API concepts, protocols (such as REST or SOAP), and standards (such as JSON or XML). Familiarity with API documentation and specifications (e.g., Swagger or OpenAPI).
- Communication and Collaboration. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product owners, and other stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail. Strong attention to detail to ensure thorough testing of APIs and accurate documentation of test results and issues.
