Our ideal candidate is an experienced sales specialist with demonstrable skills who wants to grow in IT services direction.

Together We Will:
-Identify, qualify and develop new opportunities and potential clients;
-Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's overall business goals;
-Conduct discovery calls with potential clients and convert them;
-Manage commercial proposals and developing business opportunities;
Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize sales efforts;
-Provide consistent, accurate, and timely business development activity reports to management;
-Provide key feedback from key stakeholders about customer needs;
Work collaboratively in a team environment and independently.

What You Need:
-Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in business development;
-Excellent communication skills of written and spoken English (C1/C2) + Fluent Ukrainian;
-Strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities;
-Experience in conducting Discovery calls;
-Have successful closed deals;
-Experience in building the business development strategy from scratch; 
-Experience in finding cold leads and converting them into customers;
-Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and prioritize tasks.

Would Be a Plus:
Experience working for an outstaffing or outsourcing company.
Great sense of humor.
